In order to participate in this clinical study and possibly undergo the stem cell treatment, you must meet specific study criteria. These criteria are carefully thought out to include those patients who are the best possible candidates for treatment.

Initial Qualification Criteria

You may be qualified to participate in this study if:
You have been diagnosed by a physician as having advanced Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) or Critical    Limb Ischemia (CLI) resulting from severely blocked arteries in your leg
You have pain in the foot or leg resulting from your poor circulation even when you are at rest, or you have    gangrene, a sore, or ulcer of the foot or leg
Your disease has progressed to the condition that a vascular surgeon has said that you are no longer a    candidate for surgical treatment of any other invasive procedure
You are not receiving dialysis treatment.

If you meet the above criteria, please contact your physician who will help confirm your eligibility and can contact the clinical study office of the hospital
in your area to schedule an evaluation visit. A referral from your physician
is required in order for you to be evaluated for inclusion into the study.

If you have specific questions about the study please contact the local Study Coordinator in your area (see below).
